CULTURAL MANIFESTATION
AFTERNOON TEA
Tea for the English is much more than the mere fact of drinking an infusion. It is an act of meeting with family, friends or people we want to please or like.
Tea time is between 3 and 5 in the afternoon, however, tea is not only taken at that time, most English people have breakfast with a tea, usually a black tea and, generally, with a milk cloud. Throughout the day, in addition, they usually take two or three more. This makes it rare to find a house without a kettle and good black tea. The tradition of tea time in England is usually taken with family or friends, so if when you are there a native invites you to tea, he is inviting you to a pleasant and pleasant chat; to a moment of listening and sharing.
For that last reason I leave you the following video so that you learn to drink tea and not go through an embarrassing moment!

I believe that know it with detail is important for not do a lack of respect for their culture if the hour in the afteroon all are drinking tee and you not probably the people see you as weird
ResponderEliminarThis is very interesting, what great research you did, I personally really like this custom, I would like to go to England to try it with some friends. I have also investigated this beautiful custom and discovered that it originated in China and was adopted by the English in the 19th century, in my opinion it's a curious fact. :)
